Doors to the auditory laboratory that is Sinamort opened in 2015 with Juozas Grigas and Rimantas Galvonas at the helm. With the initial rotation of musicians and a vision to build on a classic British Death/Doom Metal sound, Sinamort released its first single 'Given The Circumstantial Anathema', which was a rough, dark, and melodic take on the formula of 90s Death/Doom Metal. Eventually, with Paulius Musteikis and ?ygimantas Bučius taking responsibilities for the rhythm section of the band, the sound of Sinamort evolved to encompass elements of progressive, avant-garde, post-metal, and jazz built on a Death/Doom foundation, resulting in a unique musical experiment saturated by melancholy, dissonance, melody, and a false sense of hope.

The essence of Sinamort lies in the most fundamental aspects of human nature, which manifest themselves in a myriad of forms, often accompanied by deeply profound and dark affects and experiences. Music of Sinamort attempts to capture this dynamic process and express it in a collection of harmonies, rhythmic patterns, and raw sound that each represents a complex part of an overall kaleidoscopic vision of human being.
