Synodik - Biography
Biography
Synodik are the new incarnation of Asylum, an Italian band born five years ago with the purpose of offering a powerful and strongly personal death metal. The band members’ musical tastes, deeply different from one another, all firmly converge in the songwriting process.
In 2008 Synodik released the self-produced four-track demo CD “Drown In Pain” and a run of 300 copies was quickly sold out.
The year of 2010 saw the release of the single “Dehumanized”, forerunner of the upcoming first full length album “Sequences For A New Matrix” which was recorded at Fabio Palombi (Ritual Of Rebirth, Nerve)’s Melazeta Studios and mastered by Tommy Talamanca (Sadist).
“Sequences For A New Matrix” is a journey through spatial landscapes and desolated wasteland scenarios. The listener is plunged into the atmosphere of an apocalyptic future that is not much dissimilar from a well known reality.
