Is it? It mainly gives you facts and leaves the band on yellow, which is the "questionable/notable" category. It also provides evidence to contradict what's quastionable. Seems pretty fair to me.
Hmm, no I don't anything about Polish Arkona, but I assumed it was the one discussed because I never heard anything problematic about the Russian One. What I see in the doc seems a bit far fetched tbh.
