The track comes off the band's third album, entitled "Hope", which was released on February 7th, 2007 via Spinefarm Records. The album was recorded at Seawolf Studios in Helsinki and was mastered at Finnvox studios with Minerva Pappi.

Insomnium has announced that they will team up with Katatonia, Scar Symmetry and Swallow the Sun for their first US tour in September 2007. Katatonia will be the headliner. The tour will start from Springfield (VA) and end in Houston (TX) covering total of 19 cities. Check out the dates below.

A message posted on the band official website says that Don't Fall Asleep -CDS was released. The single features two versions of Don't Fall Asleep (Horror pt. 2), the video version and the album version, and These Low Lands, a cover of Trio Niskalaukaus song Alavilla Mailla. The recording and mixing process for Doom/Death Metal band Swallow The Sun is now complete. The recording for their so far untitled third album was done at Seawolf Studios in Helsinki. The band have also announced that the mixing for the album will begin on the 16th October at by Minerva Pappi at Finnvox studios.

More information about the information is said to be announced soon.

In the meantime, Mikko and Juha will be on Radio X3M's Metallväktarna to talk about the recording of the new album and everything else next Sunday!

'Ghosts of Loss' will be released 24.8.2005 in Finland, and in September in other countries. At least the first pressing of the album will be a special CD+DVD -version, and the DVD will include a video of the song Descending Winters, two songs (Swallow and Deadly Nightshade) from the gig at Lahti 23.4.2005 and two songs (Through Her Silvery Body and Psychopath's Lair) from Lutakko 17.12.2004.

Firebox Records has set an August 24 European release date for as-yet-untitled second album from Finnish melodic death/doom metallers Swallow The Sun. A single, "Forgive Her", will be released on April 13 exclusively in Finland. In addition to the nine-minute title track, the single features a cover version of the Candlemass classic "Solitude", with Magister Albert from Reverend Bizarre on vocals. . Two different versions of the album will be available; a standard release and a special two-CD version featuring the stylish video "Descending Winters" as well as possible live footage.

"Last Sunday (3.10.2004) we recorded the vocals for the cover song. The song is 'Solitude' by Candlemass, and it features Albert of "Reverend Bizarre" on vocals. It was great working (and drinking) with him, and he did an excellent job with the vocals! The song will be released as a bonus track on the U.S. release of 'The Morning Never Came' and on a upcoming single from our second album".

Details on releasing and recording our next album and the single will be posted later on the band's website.

Also, on Octomber the 18th the band will perform a gig in "Tavastia", Helsinki along with Heaven Shall Burn, The Eternal, Machete.
