Illdisposed - Unveil New Album Details
Danish death metallers Illdisposed have unveiled the cover artwork and release date for the band's upcoming new album entitled Sense The Darkness. The cover was created by Mircea Gabriel Eftemie and can be viewed below. Sense The Darkness is the follow-up to their previous studio album There is Light (But it's Not For Me) and will be released by Massacre Records on September 21st.

Death - Rare Song From Mantas Demo Streaming Online
"Evil Dead", a new or old song from Chuck Schuldiner's pre-Death material from his first band Mantas is now available below for streaming. Death By Metal is brutally raw in sound of an entire genre being born out of the basement of Chuck Schuldiner's Florida home close to 3 decades ago; a compilation and deluxe collection of the group's first two demos and a rehearsal from 1984 penned to be released on June 19th in North America, June 22nd in Benelux / Germany, and June 25th in the UK and rest of Europe via Relapse Records.

Ensiferum - Album Details Revealed
Ensiferum's fifth studio album will have the title Unsung Heroes and will be released via Spinefarm on the 27th August 2012.
Produced by Hiili Hiilesmaa (HIM, Sentenced, Apocalyptica, etc.) and also containing a 16 minute-plus epic "Passion Proof Power", the band comment:
"We've tried to push the different aspects of what we do as far as we can..." "...the sonic scope is wider than ever. The folk elements go further down that path and the metallic parts will absolutely rip your face off!"
Once again, album art has been supplied by Kristian Wahlin, with featured special guests including members of Die Apokalyptischen Reiter plus legendary Finnish singer & actor, Vesa-Matti Loiri.

Kataklysm - Reveal Upcoming DVD Tracklist
Montreal-based extreme metallers Kataklysm have unveiled the complete tracklist for their multidisc DVD entitled The Iron Will: 20 Years Determined. The DVD will be released on July 3rd and will feature a documentary and bonus CD materials. The set will depict the ups and downs of the band's long, turbulent career, as well as footage of Kataklysm's performance at last year's Summer Breeze festival, which took place August 18-20, 2011 in Dinkelsbühl, Germany.

Ragnarok - Ink Deal With Agonia Records
Norwegian black metallers Ragnarok, which split with Regain Records last year, have now signed a deal with Agonia Records.
The label released the following statement: "We are pleased to announce the addition of Norwegian black metallers Ragnarok to Agonia's roster. The band is set to enter the Endarker Studios on the 24th June to record what will be their seventh full-length album. At the production helm will be studio owner and Marduk bassist Devo. The as yet untitled album is due for release later this year."
