Morbid Angel - Recruit New Drummer, In The Studio

While former Morbid Angel members David Vincent (vocals, bass) and Tim Yeung (drums) will join forces to perform classic Morbid Angel songs under the I Am Morbid banner, Morbid Angel are currently in the studio working on their new album. Guitarist Trey Azagthoth recently updated on the recording process and announced that the band has enlisted a drummer: Scott Fuller from brutal death metallers Annihilated and Abysmal Dawn.

Tombs - Enter Studio To Record New Album

Brooklyn-based metal outfit Tombs has entered Mana Recording Studio in St. Petersburg, Florida to begin recording their fourth full-length. Produced once again by Erik Rutan (Hate Eternal), this currently untitled album is set for a summer release via Metal Blade Records. Last year, the band released the EP, All Empires Fall.

Obitus - Releasing New Album, Stream Excerpt

Eluveitie have finally revealed their complete new line-up. With the help of a countdown on their homepage, they have presented little by little the new formation with posters, videos and interviews. The metallers now announced the last new band member! Helheim - Release Video For New Track

Norwegian Viking metallers Helheim are launching the year by giving fans the first taste of their upcoming ninth full-length album, landawarijaR, which is scheduled for release on Dark Essence Records on the 20th January. The band has revealed the first of two videos by Guilherme Henriques, which illustrate tracks from the album. The first video is for the track "Baklengs Mot Intet", and this will be followed by "Ymr", which will be revealed at a later date. Enjoy!
