Thrash metal veterans from Assassin have exciting news to share. Germans are unveiling details for their brand new studio album, with the sharing title Bestia Immundis. It was mixed by Marc Görtz, and mastered by Olman V. Wiebe. The cover artwork was created by Dirk Freder. Bestia Immundis, which will be officially released on February 7th, will be available as CD Digipak, limited edition Gatefold Vinyl LP as well as download & stream.

From Opeth's bassist Martin Mendez comes White Stones, a new death metal project. The band has announced the signing with Nuclear Blast and revealed that their debut album named Kuarahy (pronounced Kwa-Ra-Hee) will be released early next year, on March 20th. It was recorded at the Farm Of Sounds studios in Barcelona and produced by Martin Mendez himself, while Jaime Gomez at the Orgone Studios in the UK was responsible for mixing and mastering.
