Immortal - Comment On Band Conflict
The remaining members of Immortal have talked about the trademark case which was closed by "Patentstyret" (Norway's Patent Office) in November 2015. Guitarist/lyricist Demonaz and drummer Horgh can now share their side of the story for the first time. Former frontman Abbath Doom Occulta has formed his own project Abbath after he left the Norwegian metallers saying at the time that he attempted to secure exclusive rights to the band's name and logo because he thought Horgh and Demonaz had quit the band. Now Demonaz and Horgh claim that the conflict was due to personal problems and that Abbath ruined the band's progress.

Slayer - To Tour With Testament And Carcass
In support of Repentless, the band's 12th studio album and its career-highest chart debut, Slayer will launch 2016 by pillaging and marauding its way across North America, headlining some two-dozen dates over a five-week period. With special guests Testament and Carcass on all dates, this tour of metal heavyweights starts on February 19th in Chicago and wraps up in Las Vegas on March 26th.

Behemoth - Band's Video Up For Polish Film Award
The XXIV Polish YACH film awards have one of Behemoth's videos among their nominees. Fans have until today (December 3rd) to help vote for Behemoth's "The Satanist" video at Polish YACH film awards for the best direction. The video, which was directed by Andrzej Dragan (http://andrzejdragan.com), serves as another ambitious piece of art from the Polish death metal band that released their last album The Satanist back in February of 2014. King Diamond - Tulsa And Houston Shows Cancelled
Currently at the end of their Abigail U.S. tour, King Diamond have been forced to announce the cancellation of their Tulsa, Oklahoma show. Unfortunately, the band didn't perform yesterday because frontman King Diamond is suffering from a severe case of acute laryngitis. The last two shows of the tour are Houston and Dallas and King Diamond won't be able to perform at the House of Blues this Friday the 4th of December neither.

Dream Theater - Unveil New Album Cover And Tracklist
Little by little, we begin to know more about Dream Theater's upcoming album. Titled The Astonishing, the prog metal masters have now revealed its cover explaining that it introduces the album's retro-futurist dystopian setting. Take a look at it below alongside the tracklist. Officium Triste - Part Ways With Bassist
Dutch death/doom metal act Officium Triste have announced that long-time bassist Lawrence Meyer has left the band. They said that even though they "can look back at great times together, there was no future perspective, due to personal differences." They wish him all the best but part ways. Now we will have to wait to know who his replacement will be. Stay tuned.

Urilia - Change Name Back To Dawn Of Ashes, New Album On The Way
Well, it looks like the old brand is better than the new one. Kristof Bathory - the mastermind behind Urilia - just announced on the band's Facebook profile that Dawn Of Ashes, his first band is going to resurrect. Industrial shock rockers Dawn Of Ashes had split up in 2014 and reformed as Urilia. The band has joined forces with Metropolis Records and is working on a new album now called Theophany.
