Black Soul Horde - Sophomore Album Almost Finished

Greek heavy metallers Black Soul Horde are working on their second full length effort, the follow-up to 2013's Tales Of The Ancient Ones. John Tsiakopoulos has recently finished recording bass and guitars. Drums were recorded in January by drummer Vasilis Nanos.

UFO - Former Guitarist Paul Chapman Died

Sad news has come from former UFO guitarist Paul Chapman's son, who confirmed via his father's Facebook page that Chapman has passed away at age 66. Paul was part of the band in years 1974-1975, 1977 and 1978-1983.

Lake Of Tears - New Music In The Works

After releasing Illwill album far back in 2011, there wasn't much news from Lake Of Tears camp. In years between 2015 and 2017 the group parted ways with bassist Mikael Larsson, drummer Johan Oudhuis and guitarist Mikael Larsson. Now, vocalist/guitarist and founding member Daniel Brennare announce that the work on the new music is in process. After one year in Lords Of Black as vocalist, Diego Valdez has decided to leave the band. At the same time, the band confirmed that former singer Ronnie Romero has returned. Brian Howe, the singer who fronted the British rock group Bad Company (also in Ted Nugent) between 1986 and 1994, has died at the age 66. He suffered a heart attack at his Florida home couple of days ago.
