Orkan - New Album Detailed, Hoest Announced As Guest
The second Orkan album is coming. With a release date set for the 11th September, Dark Essence Records have revealed details for the upcoming sophomore full-length album from the Norwegian black metallers. Titled Livlaus, the seven-track album was recorded live in the studio, with no editing of the basic tracks, whilst vocals and effects were added later. Hoest (Taake) and V'gandr (Helheim) perform guest vocals on two of the tracks.

Guitarist Ingvar Sæmundsson has decided to leave Severed and focus more on his main band Momentum. He has been playing in Iceland's Severed since 2008. After joining Century Media Records, Florida-based death metal band Malevolent Creation have finally announced their new album. Dead Man's Path, as it is called, will be out on the 18th of September 2015, five years after their last studio album Invidious Dominion. According to them, you should expect a ferocious, riff-driven and relentlessly uncompromising death/thrash massacre.
