How much i hate it when a band announces a "European" tour, and it turns out it means 2 UK dates, 1-2 in France, a bunch in Germany, sometimes one in the Netherlands or Italy and that's it. They should call it Western Europe and Germany Tour.

Will try to make Incineration Fest, but it's a week after Temples fest so probably going to be money-free.

It's still a european tour. Or is there a quota of countries a band has to visit in order to be considered "european" enough ?

It's almost always been like this, and always will as long as promoters in other countries don't move their freakin' ass to do something.

I don't blame the band for this. I just hate the fact that i have to travel around 500 kilometers to Wien twice a year to see some decent bands.

I hear ya... Been ages since I saw a decent bigger/international band where I live. But I got use to 500 km trips or even 1000km for that matter, metal demands sacrifices to be made

To everyone complaining about no shows near you, life is unfair and shit happens.

I live in the ugliest country you can think of, all nature looks fake (most of it is planted by man). We have no mountains, no beautiful rivers/waterfalls, barely any forests. There´s plenty of that in Central, Northern, Southern and Eastern Europe.
Holland looks flat as fuck, its boring, we have to deal wind insanely hard wind all the god damn time. I live near the coast so its even worse. All I see is farm land and a few trees that managed to survive because they weren´t in the way :p

But I cant change it, maybe by generating enough demand there you can make managers think about booking tours over there.

Yay! They're going to play here in Tilburg.

Waiting for Marcel to say it's incorrect they put "HOL" behind it seeing as it's the abbreviation for Holland which isn't this country (it's a province here) and so it should be The Netherlands (NL).

At least you get to see the sea, which isn't the case for me as I live in one of the most boring big cities of The Netherlands (not Holland ): Tilburg. Everything else you say I agree with though. In comparison this is a totally boring country nature-wise.

I much rather see mountains than the fucking sea. I hate swimming and I hate beaches in Holland and I dont care about looking atr water. Most of it is disgustingly gross looking anyway. If it were pretty beaches with beautiful blue water like in the carribean than sure, but this is not the case.

Holland, Netherlands, I know the geographical corectness but everyone understands both words. I dont really care.
