Belphegor - New Video Online

Austria's death/black metal troop Belphegor are premiering the official music video for "Conjuring The Dead" - the title track of their brand new opus. This gives you an opportunity to listen to another new song from the album. The clip was shot and edited this past May by director Walter Fanninger with German fetish/tattoo model Makani Terror embodying the main character on screen. You can watch it now here.

Do you like the song and video?

Conjuring The Dead will be out on August 5th (North America), August 8th (Europe/Brazil/Japan) and August 11th (UK/France) via Nuclear Blast. Don't forget to check out the song "Gasmask Terror" here if you still haven't listened to it.

Helmuth comments: "With 'Conjuring The Dead' we glorify diabolical death metal. Belphegor is still like a world war tank, rolling in worldwide without compromise! Now turn the volume all the way up and go to hell with us..."

Haha, that's like saying "compose your own Metal album and upload it here, instead of writing a review of an album".

I find it hard to appreciate the song without the lyrics.

Not bad. You folks should know that usually Belphegor releases the slow songs as music videos. The ones that do not get a video release are usually much more aggressive and brutal.

Ya it would be nice to know what's going on in the world but I guess you can't always get what you want.

But if you try sometimes...

Here let me help you:

Raaawr rawrr rowwwwrrrr, Satan!
Rawwwr raawww roooowwrrr, Satan!

... repeat.

Seriously, I always enjoy gratuitous pinch harmonics.

Here let me help you:

It was a very sarcastic comment related to another discussion in which a "person" maintained Belphegor's lyrics dealt with important world issues.

I see... I prefer Misery Index for poignant lyrics but honestly I enjoy pretty much any vox that are powerful, unique, and sung with conviction.

As stupid and ridiculous as usual. One of the most braindead and shittiest band out there.
