Forefather - To Release New Album In 2019, Hint At Bathory Tribute
Anglo Saxon metalers Forefather are working on a new album. Some months ago they hinted that they are working on a Bathory tribute album, stating the following along with a picture of Quorthon: "Been in the studio this week paying tribute to a fallen comrade whose music inspired Forefather and many other bands. More details soon."
Yesterday the band posted the following message on Facebook, giving us a bit more info on the following album: "Thank you for your support this year! We are working on a new album and aim to release it in 2019. Yuletide greetings and a prosperous new year to you."

Bathory: - Shores In Flames ("And let me take your ship to foreign shores...") - One Rode To Asa Bay ("Where dragon ships had sailed to sea more times than one could say...") Forefather: - The Sea-Kings (just an instrumental, but anyway...) - Three Great Ships ("And the ships filled the shoreline...") - Havoc on Holy Island ("Longships break the waters...") Over and above that, this might be the most obvious clue:  So hell yeah, I guess we can be very sure the new album will feature some boat. Plenty of boat if you ask me.
