The providers of a dark ambient music, Dark Sanctuary, have officially returned after 12-years long hiatus. On this occasion, the French collective released a new 2-song EP - Iterum. Both tunes are available for listening down under.

Dark Sanctuary commented: "After twelve years of silence, we are more than pleased to come back with a brand new EP, Iterum, reviving the melancholy and dark atmospheres that have been our signature since our debut. We are so happy, after all these years, to have been able to revive this alchemy and to present you very soon our new compositions. It's been a long time and we missed making music together. The idea had crossed our minds several times but maybe the time was not right... We have now decided to go back to work to enjoy ourselves and we hope with all our heart that it will please those who have followed us during all these years.

"Our new EP is available on our Bandcamp and on YouTube. Two tracks that eventually sound like a return to faith and life. We had indeed to get the machine going again and relearn how to work together. The key was to dig deep inside ourselves for what made the Dark Sanctuary soul and which had been put aside all these years. Rest assured that these titles are only the beginning of a new story."
