Skull & Crossbones - Drummer Leaves The Band
German heavy metal collective Skull & Crossbones confirmed that their drummer Marc Oppold has decided to leave the ranks. Bernd Heining will be replacing him as a new permanent member.
Statement from the group as follows: "We would like to inform you that our friend and drummer Marc Oppold has decided to slow down a bit musically in the future. At his request, he will be leaving the band Skull & Crossbones. We very much regret this step, but we would like to thank Marc for everything. We wish you all the best from the bottom of our hearts!
"Nevertheless, we also have good news for you: Bernd Heining, who has supported the band in the past, is now a permanent part of the band. We welcome Bernd to Skull & Crossbones and are already looking forward to the great moments together in the future."
