Evilyn, a technical/avantgarde death metal formation, have signed a new contract with Transcending Obscurity Records for the release of debut long player titled Mondestrunken. The 10-track music effort was mixed and mastered by Jeanne Comateuse. Artwork created by Jeanne Comateuse.

The band's statement: "Evilyn is thrilled to announce signing with Transcending Obscurity Records for the release of their debut full length, Mondestrunken. Ten tracks of in your face, unrelenting, dark death metal with dissonant flair. Jeanne Artemis Strieder of Coma Cluster Void had a massive impact on Mondestrunken, by having a hand in arranging, mixing, and album artwork. Filling in the rest of the line up with masters like Alex Weber on bass (Exist, Malignancy, Obscura - live, and Defeated Sanity - live) and Robin Stone on drums (The Amenta, Convulsing, and Virulent Depravity)."
