From what I've heard of it so far, the album doesnt sound to bad. Going to have to pick it up when it comes out.

Yes ! so far, so good, i do not in any way see myself being disapointed by this release, on the other hand i think it will be close to perfection.

I've been on a Cryptopsy/Anata/Necrophagist etc kick for the last few months, and I'll say those three new songs suck ass. The drums are boring, the guitars are boring, the vocals are BORING. The songs feel as long as those on St. Anger - to which I'd rather listen. This could be even more of a snoozefest than Dismember's latest...

First off you can't compare Neuraxis to Cryptopsy, Anata or Necrophagist because they aren't that similar, that's just brainless. Secondly, it's fine if you don't like the music, but dude, i can't see where you get when you say the vox, guitars and drums are boring, personally i think they're really good.

They are, man, or... they were. In the older material, their sense of melody and timing was a bit unique, the riffs were catchy, the vocals especially sounded purposeful while this stuff sounds standard and empty. Oddly enough, after I posted a guy put a review of the whole thing on metal-archives with the same sentiments as mine, rating it 56/100 so I'm not alone.

Well, I'll make a determined opinion after i hear the whole. I really enjoyed Trilateral Progression though, and right now their new songs are appealing to me, but maybe not as heavy as their earlier work.
