Garage Inc. is maybe recorded in a studio but it's a cover-album anyway.

The first 4... they're masterpieces but Master of Puppets is my favourite one! As Abusor say it: "Fuck the rest"!

I think the 2- 5 are pretty close, but Ride the Lightning will always be the best in my mind.

What gets Ride under Master on my list is Trapped Under Ice and Escape. Great songs but compare them to Disposable Heroes and Leper Messiah, which are kinda that albums "filler" songs, I will definately choose Master. Hardcore fans will know what I mean by "filler", which is not meant in a negative way.

8. ReLoad
Okay album with some great songs but overall I find it a little boring.

7. St. Anger
The most underestimated album of all time. I think it's great in it's heavyness and agressive performance.

6. Load
Great album really, it would probably beat Metallica if it weren't for that albums importance for me. But Load is a very majestic, epic and catchy album. Love it. It was also one of the albums which got me into Metal

5. Metallica
The second album I bought. It was one of the albums which got me into Metal and it reminds me of great moments in my life.

4. ...And Justice for All
Would maybe be higher on the list if it weren't for the lack of bass.

3. Kill 'em All
Such a cool album. Even though it was the first Thrash album I still thought it sounded fresh when I first heard it.

2. Ride the Lightning
This album is a fucking masterpiece with some of the best songs of all time. The band's certainly found their style here and I'll never get tired of it. Their darkest album?

1. Master of Puppets
My second favourite album ever. You can't find better Thrash than this. Every song is a masterpiece in its own way and the album was there for me in a tough part of my life. The title song has also been my favourite song for six years now.

Imo "...And Justice For All" is a darker album than "Ride The Lightning".

Imo "St. Anger" isn't as good as their five first albums but in one way it's good that they change sound sometimes cause sometimes it gets kinda boring if a band is playing the same type of metal in all of their albums.

1. Ride The Lightning : Guitar Solo's are amazing, specially the one from "Ride the lightning" such a good melody and the lyrics from that song really make me think I am in an electric chair!. "For whom the bell tolls" really emotional war lyrics, and I can keep on talking for each of the songs, each one has the best lyrics Metallica ever wrote in my opinion.

2.Kill em All: Raw Thrash fucking anthems!, this is the album for headbanging "like you never did before!" haha

3.Master of Puppets: It has the best sound from Metallica...dont know what to say! this list could have been different if I had made this post on another day!
