Hate - Forced To Cancel Upcoming French Tour Dates

Hate and Vesania have cancelled a few shows on the French part of their European tour due to utter incompetence of the organizer - Die Ecke Productions (namely Nico and Dan of band Livarkahil) who are responsible for bad organization in the venues, and finally disappeared with the money they owe the headliner. The fact that the organizers are no longer present on the tour makes it impossible to execute the deals with local promoters and venues. In this situation, the concert in Paris (29.09) in Glaz'art must be the last show of this tour.

ATF Sinner (Hate) and Orion (Vesania, Behemoth) issues the following statement: "We are terribly sorry to cancel the following shows, but we can't see the way for this tour to be continued. We were really satisfied with this tour until French dates started. We are aware of the fact that some promoters of the French shows did they jobs profesionally and there are fans looking forward to seeing us in many cities. However, we can't continue with the mess that Die Ecke productions did. We would like to apologise to all the people who are disappointed with this situation. We would make any effort to return to France with more shows as soon as possible."

30 September - Marmoutier
1st October - Nancy
2nd October - Nantes
5th October - Marseille
7th October - Gembloux (Belgium)
8th October - Saint Dizier

I'm just curious, when orgainzation and stuff falls apart like this, can the people who "finally disappeared with the money they owe the headliner" be arrested for this or not so?

Nope, I hate Deicide, latest Opeth, all of Burzum, early Satyricon etc etc.

Hate used to be a lot better now they try to sound like Behemoth, dress like them and their production is even slicker...
