Imo Ascendancy is the best album, 'cause it gave me so many good wibes, but I'm very disappointed with The Crusade. I didn't like their musik at all. It was actually dull to listen to The Crusade. Hopefully Trivium will find back to what they were in the future! Please tell me if you agree or disagree and why.

Personally I think their best is Ascendancy. Here are the greatest songs; and it's the heaviest.

No, I don't mind, but it's great you'll still check out the first album, but i doubt you'll like it if you didn't like the others.

whew, i thought i was going to be alone in my support of the crusade. i don't hate the first 2 albums, but i find the vocals to be very generic and uninspiring. whereas in the crusade, heafy add's a new fresh vocal style that actually got me interested enough to listen to the entire album. its grown on me and is currently one of my favorites. i hear a lot of "they are jsut copying metallica now" but just give the new album a chance.

Ascendacy with no doubt at all. Way better than the other albuns.. They were more creative and heavy, and the album's intro is just amazing.

The Crusade definitely. It's the album Metallica should've written after AJFA.

There's a concert going on in Fort Wayne, Indiana with Trivium along w/ MachineHead and Lamb of God. I will no a definite answer b/c you get a better taste of the music when its live. But my answer for now is definitely Ascendancy. No song has touched me like "Pull Harder (On your strings of martyr)

Acendancy - one of '05 best albums!

Ascendancy is by far their best work. ETI was a very good debut as for The Crusade lets just hope it was only an experiment because I did not like it.

My sentiments exactly about this band.

ascendancy is the best trivium album i my opinion. The crusade is great to, but ascendancy is better.

ascendancy is another average album by this pour quality band. For some reason or another i really dislike these guys. There is pour creativity through the band, little origionality, they sound like early metallica cross later Pantera. Which you think would be good, but it exactly that discription.

Even if they have the approval a knock off is still a knock off. Yeah I eventually got sick of this album, now I side with the mob...though I still keep it as my vote for there best album because it as at least somewhat tolerable for 5 minutes or so, where as the other albums I cant even listen to for a few seconds.
