Dumb looking album cover. Based solely on that, odds are strong this will be disappointing. Prove me wrong fellas.

A bit disappointed really. One of the most promising BM acts here in Portugal; not only disbanded, but also putting out this slightly above average farewell album.

Sad to hear that

This sounds like what Deathspell Omega would sound like if they started out as a depressive black metal band, and that's either a great thing or an abomination depending on your listening tastes.

Personally, it falls right in between those two ends of the spectrum, as I can't decide from one minute to the next whether I hate it or like it. No chance at loving it though.

Very ambiguous album, felt lost...

This was my first exposure to the band and it was more positive than negative. I felt this release was fine but they could have benefitted with a better drummer. The intensity was there but it was rather mediocre. I loved the insanity in the vocals. Probably the main reason I stuck with the album to the end.
