There are obvious signs of Obituary influences going on here, the grooves, the tone and even the vocal style are uncannily similar, maybe to the point that it just sounded like it was lacking originality a wee bit for me. The songwriting is not bad maybe on the generic side perhaps, but the sound is still relatively good overall.

I would have liked a much faster tempo on certain sections, the tempo at times frustrated me a wee bit, I personally prefer the slower sections where the riffs and tone give a much more old school death/doom vibe, and I have to admit I'm not really getting much thrash influence out of it tbh.
