Kalmah have debuted third single, "Taken before Given", off their soon-to-be-released self-titled long player. This music piece was recorded back in 1991, when the band was perfoming under Ancestor moniker.

Statement from Kalmah: ''After the successful Finnish tour and reaction to the two singles, "Haunted by Guilt" and "Drifting in a Dream", we want to treat you to one more Kalmah surprise before the album release - and this is a special one.

"The song was written already back in 1991 and contains pure, young thrash metal energy with aggressive, good-old riffs. Back in that time we could not get a recording deal with the songs we had, so it is payback time. This is swamp metal from the turf roots of Northern Finland!"
