This will be very interesting. Arjen is a genius, and from what i’ve heard this will be a continuation of the legendary tale about Ziggy Stardust (originally created by David Bowie). It will be the first time I hear one artist continue on another artist’s concept, and thats interesting indeed!

Yep, it definitely lives up to that album title. It's kinda like a very well-made tribute to legends of the hard/progressive rock era, (particularly 70's). I'm hearing influences of bands like ELP, and Yes, and a touch of early Deep Purple and Rainbow (especially the track "Burn It Down"). I'm also hearing a slight hint of Dio from the vocals.

If it's correct that this is a concept that follows on from the late, great David Bowie's Ziggy Stardust then thar makes this all the more fascinating.

One of the most surprisingly satisfying releases this year I must say.

I did some further research, and the whole album is a tribute to 70’s music in general. The only song concerning Bowie’s Ziggy Stardust is “The Rise of the Starman”

What is this? An Arjen album with only one male vocalist and a playtime which is less than an hour Pleasantly surprised with this one.. it's a charming tribute to the 70's without loosing the usual Arjen trademark. His best work in a long time.
