Well worth your time I think, it's got a bit of a hardcore edge to it though, if you dig that sort of thing..

I wouldn't label Horn Of The Rhino as stoner, though.
They opratealong the same lines as Lair Of the Inotaur, so to me it's sludge and thrash thrown in and even some death at times. But I don't hear the stoner in it.

I agree. As I scan through this thread it seems there is a good deal of miss conception as to what exactly is Stoner is. But then that could come back to the fact that I have never really found a solid definition of the genre. I mean Corrosion of Conformity and OM are both in the genre and two very different bands. Yeah, I'll stop rambeling and go back to recording my own Stoner Doom album.

Any stoner bands with grungy vocals, something similar to Witch, or Fudge Tunnel?

I just stumbeled on ((THORLOCK)). Pretty good stoner sludge. Vocals kinda reminds me of a grungie Beastie Boys, odly enough.

I'm not sure about it, but... Priestess?

that Bongripper set was totally awesome, the laid the total main stage to waste. Pummeling some 2200 people to death hahahahaha. PLus Bongripper sold out ALL of the merch they had on them which was some 200 vinyl, 200 cd's 250 shirts and some more stuff.

I did check out quite a few of the sets from Roadburn this year. So awesome

I HAVE to make it next year, hope they can top this years line up.

Saw a bit more than half their set since I stayed to watch the entire Urfaust set. I was in the balcony and I couldn't see anything but shit the music was HEAVY. I totally missed the cds...
