When I'm listening to metal by myself, I go back and forth between fast stuff like death, thrash, black, prog, etc. and slow-ass doom metal. So I'd say, just listen to fast stuff if you want to fuck the shit out of her and 40 bpm funeral doom if you want to slowly and sadistically rape her before cumming and slowly slitting her throat.
