Kreator really is the fastest band in the land,Most death metal bands cant keep up with them.The only complaint I have about "Pleasure To Kill" is the over use of solos,yeah I know what your thinking how can that be bad,well it gets old and generic when you play solos that sound identical,only a few do,but I have noticed it latley when listening to the album.It is understandable though when you lay down at least 2-3 solos per song,does anyone else agree with me?

What?!? No way! The solos on that album are my favorite part of that album and one of the main reason for me getting into the band.

What?!? No way! The solos on that album are my favorite part of that album and one of the main reason for me getting into the band.

I know it is hard to understand,I myself love most solos,but take "Carrion" for example 3 of the solos sound like they where taken from the other songs.

Only "Extreme Aggression", and maybe (the highly underrated) "Cause For Conflict"... the other Kreator albums aren't that important for me.

man i can't believe i didn't bother to check out Kreator for all these years

i have had 'Violent Revolution' and 'Enemy Of God' for a long time indeed and i think they are ok
but that was that - i didnt bother looking back at their earlier albums

so yesterday i decided i would have a little listen to some stuff.
i got three albums; 'Coma Of Souls' 'Extreme Aggression' and 'Pleasure To Kill'
i think these albums are brilliant! i like 'Pleasure To Kill' most! this album is so good!
i am not very glad i looked into these a bit further back!

Kreator are going to embark on a co-headlining tour with Celtic Frost in the Spring! I can't wait!

Kreator is probably my favorite thrash band at the moment, and I find them to be very under-rated.

Kreator is a great band, The lyrics are great, the instruments are great, everything about them is great. I really love the song "Alive Again".

first thrash metal band I ever heard and I still think they are great alltough I don't listen to them that often anymore....

Yes I agree with you. Their songs are quite catchy.

Man the chorus to 'Dystopia' is so goddamn evil sounding.

The only album I really enjoyed from Kreator is Coma of Souls...maybe thats just me, but I want to check out their newer stuff though.

Enemy of God is one of the biggest surprises ever for me, I've always thought of Kreator as a good band, nothing more. Then I bought their latest album and it blew my mind with its mighty choruses and catchy riffs. I'd probably consider it to be the best Thrash metal album I've heard so far!

It's not exactly thrash metal though. It's rather melodeath with thrash influences or something similar. It's nevertheless great. When I was more into Kreator 2-3 years ago I didn't even know what melodeath was, but I liked it. Nowadays I probably wouldn't give a fuck about it if I knew it was more like melodeath. That shows again that one should not bother about genres too much and that be open-minded.

Kreator is one of the best German Thrash bands ever, although I have to admit that "Endorama" and "Outcast" could have been better. It would be great if there comes another Kreator / Sodom / Destruction tour.

so who else enjoys Outcast? i really like that album, not fast but heavy as hell (to my ears)

I don't like Mille's vocals on Cause for Conflict that much, he sounds weird

I've already written my thoughts about that one in this topic... and it's my favourite Kreator album!

the most known of the german thrash bands, they had some kick ass albums like extreme aggresion, terrible certainty, and pleasure to kill, and theyre still going strong today

I think Kreator, Sodom and Destruction are the best known German trash bands, and they're all on my list of favourite bands ^^
