Even if the band has changed some member of its line-up, I don't think that Pyorrhoea will become a lot more famous through the release of this "The Eleventh Thou Shalt be my Slave". The proof is that this album was already released in 2006 through Empire Records and this new edition, this time released by Metal Mind, and still, not a lot of people know them? The thing is that when you play Brutal Death and Grindcore you have to do something really original to be popular and it's not the case of Pyorrhoea.

It's maybe not Vader or Behemoth but this Pyorrhoea's album is full of great stuff! Perfect blasts, super heavy sound, surprising riffs. Not whole album is on same high level, but some tracks are really great. Rules of Slavery become my favorite mobile phone ringtone And I'm sure it's underestimated.
