I 've read mixed reviews. Is it for prog metalers?

I've been following Sun Caged for like four or five years now. I took a look at your profile and by the bands you have listed on there i'm confident you'll enjoy their music, especially their earlier stuff... you can go to their website actually and download their EP/Promo albums for free... check them out.

Thank You. So the new one is not as good?

Well, Its a different sound from the album "Sun Caged", that's for sure. Considering that when you find a band and you love them and as you follow them they progressively become less interesting Sun Caged is doing excellent. Their sound has evolved and I love all the albums. But as normal, I love the earlier stuff more. The new stuff is GREAT as well, though. You should listen to the stuff i sent you on their page, listen to some stuff from their myspace player and see how their sound has evolved.. I like it .
