Without following any specific order. Some albums are more power/symphonic/thrash than prog but for some reasons i thought they deserved a place in this list.

I'm not really into progressive metal all that much, but good to see my favourites are here. Which ones? Blackwater Park, Back to Times of Splendor (so many progressive metal lists seem to lack this album, so it's good you have it here) and Into the Electric Castle. This seems like a really good list, but unfortunately I don't know a whole lot of the albums. But I do know Epica isn't progressive so it doesn't belong here.

Glad you like some of them . Epica doesn´t belong to the Progressive Metal genre but this album specifically have many progressive elements. That´s the reason why i decided to include it in this list .

Good list, a lot of nice/great albums; I don't know a few, some I don't like, but some are not prog - Flotsam & Jetsam, Epica, Manticora, Nevermore and I dare say even Royal Hunt (more power metal than progressive metal).

Thanks for your comment! Yeah i know those bands aren´t exclusively prog metal bands ( some are more power, thrash or symphonic than prog) but specifically in these albums i found some great executions that made me consider them for a place in this list.

I agree to about 35 albums on your list. Honourable mentions go to: Division by Zero, Suspyre, Spheric Universe Experience, Kingcrow & Voyager.
