Well the title track is easily one of the best GTT songs I've heard. An absolute immense tapestry of drones, ambient and noise (and human screaming and wailing), and with that euphoric, on-the-way-to-the-after-life emotion at the end of it. Spectacular.

'Spasming And Howling' is really unusual too; the sample / background vocals have an urban / hip-hop tone about them, which works in a really odd contrast with the bludgeoning aesthetic of the music.

'Glorification Of Rats' also stands out as being very rhythmically / percussion oriented as well, and that frantic, rumbling bass that accompanies the drums feels very nice against the noisy veil that inhabits the upper atmosphere of the track. Not as good as the other two tracks but it gives the EP a lot of variety.

Yeah, this is definitely one of the best GTT releases I've heard. It's louder, noisier but also deeper in sound too, and the eerie, melancholic / melodic latter parts and endings of songs really elevate this above a lot of others in his discog.

I thought the sample in Spasming And Howling sounded familiar.

Spasming and Howling is my favourite here. Yeah the title track is decent but too drone-y for me. Nice ep and the last 2 tracks are probably the most closest sounding to the debut which means its just mind fucking awesome.
