"I am truly honored to be working with Hate Eternal. They are a legendary band and I am so happy to welcome them to the Metal Blade Family." - Brian Slagel

Hate Eternal guitarist, Erik Rutan, had this to say regarding their signing:
"Signing to Metal Blade for us reconfirms that all the hard work, blood, sweat and tears we have put into the band has been worth every single moment. This is completely amazing. Actually, I take back what I said. I hope Tim Yeung rejoins them because Hate Eternal is more his style.

Ah yes, Brian Slagel is a wise man for signing Hate Eternal. Now I just have to wait for a new album to be released by them.

Good, but who were they signed with before?

@pyro - either Kevin or Tim would be just excellent. Would anybody else be in the running for the position?

Well, I'm pretty sure that Kevin Talley is their closest link right now because he recently played with them live. However, he seems pretty busy with his Daath project right now, and Tim Yeung doesn't seem to be doing anything, so I dunno.

metalstorm always get the news all late, haha ;[

You do are aware of the fact that not only normal members but also people who tend to know it all and know it all better and faster - wellwhatdoyouknow, like you e.g. - can easily share their almighty wisdom by sending in news themselves, do you?
So, maybe less simplistic criticism and more contributing my friend. After all; the best horseman is always on his feet, isn't he... ;[

Besides "old" news is still news and nonetheless better than no news, no?

The same (but no longer sarcastic) goes to you, Mister lordz. Feel free to give us news more rugularly, and we promise to deal with it asap!
But do realize and respect that not every staff member has the time to be fully occupied with the (news) edits.

wow i didn't have to read an essay, all i said they received some news slow, obviously it's better than no news. it would be cooler if they posted it up faster (i know people have other things to do duh) i know you wouldn't like if the news channel told you it was going to snow today if it already snowing.

Changing labels doesnt make difference in music isn't it? Hope the band will release great albums like they did before.
