What are some metal albums (or songs) that remind you of science fiction? It could be intentional references to science fiction or space or lasers or artificial intelligence by the artists; or just a "feel" that feels science fiction-y to you.

Some examples for me below:

Epica - The Holographic Principle (symphonic metal)

The Sword - Warp Riders (stoner doom metal)

Freedom Call - Land Of The Crimson Dawn (power metal)

Mesarthim - Ghost Condensate (atmospheric black metal)

Alkaloid - Liquid Anatomy (extreme progressive metal)

The Sword - Apocryphon (stoner doom metal)

Every Voivod album ever reminds me of science fiction for some reason. Maybe it has to do with the album arts.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Iron Savior yet! They do solid power metal about epic space wars and junk. Or Bolt Thrower and their Warhammer 40K stuff.

I suppose "I Am The Law" by Anthrax counts, as it's about Judge Dredd. And then there's "The Final Countdown" by Europe.

Would Metroid Metal count, or is that cheating?

I've been looking for more sci-fi related bands on metal-archives. There are so many, it's unbelievable. I'm going to check out the ones on your list I don't know. At least those, minus some of the heavy and power metal bands, hahaha.

That one from Khonsu already sounds super promising! Also stumbled upon Entheogen, while looking for Other World. Dude has ugh, a taste for the extreme metal, man.
