I love spotify. Another album I randomly got a song played from and thought I might as well check out the album.

This is basically as emo/metalcory as it gets. It's like a mix of Saosin and As I Lay Dying. Teenage me would have utterly fallen in love with this. But even adult me (who doesn't listen to metalcore anymore) can still appreciate this a lot. The songs are short and sweet (like the whole album lenght) the clean singing is amazing if you don't mind the emo-ish atmosphere and after 2 spins there is seemingly not a single bad song in this album.

Highly recommended for anyone who likes high quality metalcore.

If you liked this, I'd give their previous one a go - there's 2 songs off there (Night Terrors and Delusion) that have had heavy rotation from me since I heard them. Sadly I haven't clicked with the rest of that album or this one nearly as much, although I'd really like to

Thanks, to be honest I was already considering doing just that. But for now I'm on my third spin for this album...it's just so good I feel a bit addicted right now.

I can definitely see how this wouldn't click with you though. It's the type of music that can be off putting if you are not in the right mood for it. Hence why I made a comment since I was surprised how much I enjoy this. It's not something I would usually like nowadays.
