I must warn every reader to make a stop right here and listen to me (or read me anyway). This is not Metal, and isn't remotely or vaguely something that will remind you any Metal at all. I received this record from Dreamcell11, a division of Code666, so I must review it because is my job, not because I want to, so if you're into Electro-Goth or Synth music, come on, and let me show you what's Pleasure And Pain all about.

As you might guessed by now, the major influence of this band is the eighties new wave movement, a lot of synths and electronic samples, beats and bleeps an cold vocals, almost emotionless! I mean, this guy is never happy!

For the regular Metal fan, this record will be a waste of time, for the older and more open minded Metalhead, this will be a nice listen once in a while, mostly in company of Goth freaks, songs like "Lost", "Tear" and my personal favorite "Never Come Back?" will make the delights of those who like Gothic music, synth-pop, new wave among other similar styles.

As for me, well, I enjoyed it for a couple of listens while reviewing it, but after that I needed to pop in something with shrieks or growls, anything more aggressive than that, but those three songs I mentioned before are really great.
I'm forced to give this a low rating because is not Metal, but definitively is quite good, so, Goths out there, might wanna take a listen at this.
