How do you get COVID all the time? I've never had it and I never even took the slightest precautions

I had COVID at least 5 times. Sometimes I knew I had COVID only cause I tested positive, usually it's very mild for me. The one I just had week and half ago was worst so far. I had blocked nose for 2 weeks and very sore throat.
