Metallica - ...And Justice For All 1988 - Dyers Eve (+ of course, One + Blackened. To hear at least one, navigate to their Videos or Myspace after clicking the band's name) |

Deadfall - Ordeal by Fire demo/EP 2005 - title track, among others (http://www.myspace.com/deadfallband but it may be long gone) |
3.
Dãm - The Difference Engine 2007 - title track, among others. Hear it now: http://www.myspace.com/spiritualvoid (or click the band-name here (and then perhaps the Official website link (and then perhaps to Facebook))) |

Neil Young - Mirror Ball 1995 - Throw Your Hatred Down. The album where he was backed by Pearl Jam. Don't worry - their singer only contributes to a few of the songs (IIRC this was not one of them) and it turned out to be a nicely rocking affair. Not as awesome as Mr. Young's previous release but, hey, that's another list ;) |

Slayer - Reign In Blood 1986 - Criminally Insane |
6.
Slayer - Undisputed Attitude 1996 - Gemini (I have yet to hear the rest of this album. This was the only Slayer original, and it's rather unorthodox for them. The ending RULES) |

Metallica - Master Of Puppets 1986 - Orion + Damage, Inc. Started learning the former some years ago. If I had a drumkit, I'd almost certainly be done by now :/ I think Orion's still on http://www.myspace.com/metallica |

Led Zeppelin - Led Zeppelin II 1969 - Moby Dick + The Lemon Song. Could play the former on guitar... no leads though... :/ |
9.
Megadeth - Peace Sells... But Who's Buying? 1986 - first few tracks. Can play, love the guitar riffs, but... *points you to the name of this list* I believe both songs 1 & 3 to be among MTV's classic videos of the '80s, so if they're not on YouTube, go ahead and sue the President. Or Dave. Preferably Dave :D |

Vektor - Black Future 2009 - all tracks? Destroying the Cosmos / Hunger for Violence, in particular http://www.myspace.com/vektor |

Carcass - Necroticism: Descanting The Insalubrious 1991 - Corporeal Jigsore Quandary (if you've never heard this, Videos or Myspace. Now. Go!) |
12.
Wargasm - Ugly 1993 - The Rudest Awakening. This should soon appear on my Love to Sing! list, and the guitarwork rules here, too. Also, Dreadnaught Day, see the video http://www.metalstorm.net/bands/videos.php?band_id=2999 |
13.
Wargasm - Suicide Notes 1995 - Engine. Suicide Squad. And maybe the last few minutes of Tear Down. Hear some of these Warg songs on their Myspace (dotcomslash-bandname) |

Immortal - Sons Of Northern Darkness 2002 - tracks 1, 2, 4, 7/8. I believe the first had some sort of video release, and the title track was listenable on Mysp/immortalofficial last time I checked |
15.
Zyklon - Disintegrate 2006 - Vile Ritual + Vulture + half of the preceeding album, especially its bookending songs. Supplementary notes similar to Sons; see above |
16.
Morbid Angel - Heretic 2003 - Enshrined by Grace. Video / Texas Chainsaw Massacre soundtrack (no, really) |
17.
Kataklysm - The Prophecy (Stigmata Of The Immaculate) 2000 - Stormland... just get the album. Most of the songs are better than this one, especially 6, 8 & the closer. Could also easily add some later material to the list, as well as many more from when the guy growling here was instead playing the bass guitar |
18.
Immolation - Here In After 1996 - first few tracks. I'm all about the guitars for 4 + 8 ...well, mostly :D |

Dãm - Purity: The Darwinian Paradox 2005 - Spiritual Void - like ^ but even better in many respects. I think this band may never be heard from again :/ http://www.myspace.com/spiritualvoid |

Wormed - Voxel Mitosis 2001 - good demo [title] track from a talented BDM outfit from Spain. Vocals are delivered in a truly other-worldly manner, although the drums are just about the only thing you can really hear. Production this "bad" might have been intentional to conjure some kind of sweet warp-speed/"black hole" atmosphere. Give it a go on their band page / http://www.myspace.com/wormed |
