Not among metal's best years but definitely a good one. There are three albums that belong to my all-time favourites in quite high ranks. And then there are several good and very good albums worth mentioning. My top albums from 2002 are: 1. Agalloch - The Mantle 2. Dark Tranquillity - Damage Done 3.
