Idk, the Moonlight Sorcery album last year was a 10 for me. I have literally come close to playing that album every week this year. Sometimes you just find something new that speaks to you.

Feel like nothing new can be a 10 these days, nothing new can give you the same massive feelings an older album that was special to you in some way in the past.

I usually just save a 10 for an album that means something to me and makes me want to keep coming back to it over time

Even if you've listened to albums that are "objectively better"

I think 10s should just be the albums you like the best, doesn't need to be "perfect", doesn't even need to have any objectivity thrown in, you should just consider them your favorites more than the other albums you've listened to
