Last album was just as its title "Godsend", hope this gets to be at least as good - very excited!

They lost their founding guitarist/keyboardist and gained 2 new guitarists since the last album. I really hope it doesn't effect their sound too much.

It's a good album. A little different, with more uses of clean vocals. This might take a few listens to really get into.

I can hear that the main songwriter left the band. It has some good moments but it lacks some catchy riffs and melodies like the previous albums had. Need more spins to give a rating atm.

Great surprise. Sounds a lot like In Flames imho.

They left the Children of Bodom sound, and they have gone into a more personal sound. Like it.

Not a bad track on the album. There are elements of their sound from Norther, Soilwork, Dark Tranquillity, and maybe even a little Angel Vivaldi too. They definitely have a unique sound as a result of those three guitarists.

This is the first album that I've listened from this band, and I gotta say I am impressed. Those choruses are catchy and got an emotional feel to them. I enjoyed it very much. Gotta look into the backlog of this band now.

I feel the last one was far better than this. It was more melodious. Some tracks are really good especially Drag Me the Rain which one of the better tracks of BRHG.

In the beginning I was made of clay. Then I bit the apple and they changed me to metal 🤘

In a year full of stellar melodeath releases, Bloodred Hourglass holds their own. Very creative riffing. My Prime of Kneel is a really really good song. The bonus songs are boring though.
