The title track is catchy I'll admit, but I still just plain hate it. It's just too much glam-pop sounding...too much.

I first heard "The Final Countdown" about 5 years ago (= before i really got into metal) during czech Superstar and found it awesome back i still can listen to it, but it isnt really what i adore...are the other tracks better in your opinion?
My rest seems now calm and deep

totally true, at least the guys in Europe are proper musicians, as can be totally witnessed on their brilliant first two albums

Only problem whit this album was opening song, what ruined band rock roots and make some popsy band what posy chicks remembers, not what awesesome 1-2 album actually are, (yes are not was, still are)
I have to agree about us hair bands, well unless GnR what was better but otherwise true ... band did not lost in cocain and booze, its Scandinavian mentality
