The songs are alright, nothing amazing though. I suppose it's still heavy metal, but noticeably less heavier than what the band played on earlier albums. Yes, it's BARELY recommendable an album, personally I'd take anything they released before this one first. I hope this same fakey drum sound doesn't appear on their following albums.
