Interesting album, great and unique (for 1985) song-writing, the vocals are a bit over the top, but don't ruin the music. The bass(ist) is great here.

Well, for METAL music in 1985 it was quiet unique, however, prog rock had same level of weird shit earlier... IMO, this album just sounds weird for the sake of being weird. I can't deny, it has strong riffs and moments, but overall it's not working for me.

I don't think the musicians were aiming to be weird (for the sake of it). I also don't think this is a weird album.

It's funny (as in both amusing and strange) how some people (myself included sometimes) are impossible to please, if the music sounds unoriginal, we call it generic and predictable, if it's unique and original, we say it's weird, unapproachable, difficult and so on.

Weird band name; are they Slaughter Destroyers or whatever the FHAT the band name was referring to or are they not? Are they slaktavfall category 3 instead? Let's find out:

These guys got the idea how to play some unusual sounding heavy and power metal. Props for doing it in not the most common way. Both musicianship and vocals deserve credit. I don't have any commentary on individual songs, so I just state that the overall songwriting is quite satisfactory. Awesome stuff from these unknown fellers.
