Alter Bridge rose from the ashes of famed Christian rock group Creed back in 2004, releasing their debut album One Day Remains under heavy expectations. When I finished my first listen, I didn't see any possible connection to Creed; in fact, I felt Alter Bridge was far more aggressive, with thick, wide-ranging bass lines and a mix of high and low melodies.

This albums deserves a 10 just because of having "open your eyes" and "metalingus", and i can say that, whole album is amazing

Solid debut album. These guys compose a great rock ballad and there are a few here. My favourite is "Open Your Eyes".
