Saw this suggested on a forum as being very similar to Crack The Skye - yep, the similarities are very obvious. However, if Mastodon aren't writing another Crack The Skye, more than happy to see another band take a crack at it, and this is very enjoyable, even if not at the same level of songwriting at that record
