Honestly, looking at the name, you couldn't fault someone for thinking this is another one of those Municipal Waste side projects, which doesn't set the highest expectations. Don't get me wrong, Cannabis Corpse and Iron Reagan are both good fun, but ultimately a bit disposable. King Parrot meets some expectations and blows away others.

Pretty solid stuff here. Also interesting to note that Anselmo slept in the same bed as vocalist "Slattz", who himself confessed to "still having a hard-on in the morning"

Shame about the stupid vocals (outside the growls). This is quite good stuff otherwise.

Just visited it for the first time. It's quite decent, if unmemorable.

Shame about the stupid vocals (outside the growls).

It could be the main issue if this record pulls down only because of drab-y vocals.

In some songs vocals fitted nicely with music developing behind but overall, they didn't left a good impression.

If they gravitated more toward the growls / grunts and used the 12 year old boy shrieks more sparingly it think it would work.

That's what I LOVED.

Bigger picture here this record is fucking good. We're just discussing over vocals 'cause that was the thing I thought they could have improved that section.

Aoty in grind cat.

Didn't like at first, I agree the vocals could use improvement.

Ball Fondlers
If you see them live you can understand why the vocals are like this. The bloke just goes mental the whole time. It's very entertaining, and would recommend to see them if you get the chance, whether it's your stuff or not. It's just worth it for the entertainment factor.
The songs are pretty catchy too.

Check out some of the youtube videos for their sense of humor
