Like I said before, one of the best death metal records of 2015 I have heard. The very good thing about this record is the diversity of songs, despite the fact that they are all based on the same craziness of portal/ ulcerate. There are some extra elements here and there, which, while not enough to call this a experimental or avantgarde record, give enough of personality to it.

I always assumed that phrase meant that something is so boring that it becomes a sin =P

These guys sound like they could have a future but currently suffer a lot from a lack of experience. Songs are dull, the sound isn't all that great, vocals are mediocre. They just seem to get a little bit of everything wrong, probably because their influences are so obvious that they're easy to compare with bands that have mastered their trade.

I'm going to guess that mz likes this cause it sounds like Portal.

Edit: Looks like I was right

Well, I know that Joe enjoys Portal too so I don't know. I haven't tried this yet though.

It would be all right as background music. There's just no progression within songs, let alone within passages. The technicality is there, but it doesn't form anything that stands out.
