All kidding aside, this is fucking groovy!

This band has the guitarist/vocalist and drummer from Mgla. While I like Mgla a little bit better, I still like this band better than 90% of BM out there. I can't get enough of the drummer.

Great album, not quite Mgła imo but still very impressive work. It has great riffing, with hypnotic but groovy rhythms, and with a haunting atmospheric build up, but the drumming overshadows everything that has gone into this album, and not in a bad way either. Darkside's technique and groove goes far beyond the regular standards of any black metal act.
