EphemeraL were created in Thessaloniki (GR) by Elias (Vocals) in 2019, initially as a recording project just before the COVID-19 pandemic. With help by Kostas (Drums) and Angel G. (Keyboards) they started their journey in the Melodic Death Metal world by recording their first EP, entitled “VII”, which contained 7 tracks written both in music and lyrics by Elias. “VII” was their first self-funded release that received great feedback by the Greek and global press.

During the isolation their love of music and their need for musical evolution led to their decision in evolving to a full band. With the addition of Thanasis (Rhythm Guitars), Thomas (Bass) and the guitar virtuoso Jim Gaianos (Lead guitars) the band wanted to thank all Melodeath fans around the globe for their support. Thus they recorded the single “RISE & FALL” as members of a global Melodeath Alliance, alongside their peers Dark Oath (POR), Countless Skies (UK), Nightrage (GR), Aetherevm (MEX) , Black Therapy (ITA), Aesmah (FRA), Aetherian (GR), Ethereal Darkness (BEL), Eternal Storm (ESP), The Shadeless Emperor (GR), Aether (POL) and Atavistia (CAN).

In 2021 they performed in two live streaming shows for Bloody News Online Fest and GrimFest 2021. After parting ways with Kostas and Thomas they crossed paths with the almighty Agis Tzoukopoulos (Infernal Storm - Drums) and Tasos (Bass) and started the recordings for their debut album. They have already released their first single entitled “ASTRAL BALLET”, included in their album “From Our Deepest Nightmares…”, which is expected to be released in June 3rd 2022 via Vinylstore.gr. In 3 tracks the guest vocals were recorded by Efthimis Karadimas (Nightfall), Angel Wolf-Black (SheWolf) and José Guardado (Aetherevm).
