Slaughter To Prevail frontman Alex Terrible made an announcement in September 2024 that he was fighting in the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC). After sustaining a semi-serious facial injury during a sparring match in November 2024, the RCC Hard league hosted a bareknuckle match between Terrible and Kazakh fighter Mukhamedkhan Ospanov on January 25th, 2025.
